The Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace is currently looking for a talented and passionate Executive Pastry Chef. 
The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for coordinating the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees in his team.

The successful candidate will also ensure the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared, controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting and purchasing decisions. 
The Executive Pastry Chef will ensure that sanitation standards are in compliance as well as the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
 

The successful candidate is required to have 3-7 years of previous experience in large scale banquet plate operation. Candidate is also required to have previous management experience in a luxury, fast paced environment. Spoken English is required as well
