Create and implement sales & marketing strategies to deliver top line results
Ensure strong brand positioning of the property in the ever changing competitive environment
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of all marketing activities and sales tactical plan
Recruit, select and familiarize marketing department personnel with the Hotel and their functions.
Train and guide marketing department personnel in the performance of their duties as to specific posi
tion responsibilities, performance techniques, reporting procedures, etc.
Conduct performance evaluations and follow up with Marketing department personnel.
The ability to build a positive and inspiring working environment.
Drive revenue management culture in the hotel
Lead sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of
hotel revenue goals

Preferred qualifications and skills
Working experience in Mainland China and with good knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
Applicants are required to have three to five years experience in the same position in luxury hotel
