This position will primarily oversee the guest services area. They will be responsible for managing the Bell, Valet, Door and Shuttle team. The Resort Assistant Manager will act as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior management is not available.  They may also have oversight of the Front Desk and Concierge Team. This position is responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, conducting performance reviews and disciplinary conversations for Guest Services Staff.  This position is also responsible for resolving customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Two (2) years of experience within Rooms Division, preferably within a luxury hotel

• College education or equivalent experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Previous experience with Opera

• Good command of the English language both verbal and written

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
