The Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver is looking for a /House Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team and who would be reporting to the Director of Housekeeping.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

All applicants applying must hold a valid work permit for Canada at the time of submitting their application.

High School education or equivalent experience a must.

Minimum of 1 year previous janitorial type experience.

Previous experience working with carpet cleaning, floor polishing equipment ideal.

Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 25 lbs.

Shifts are typically 8 hours in length and you must be flexible to work overnights, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

In this Role you will:

Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. 

Keep all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.

Move racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors.  Stocks Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with supplies and amenities. 

Empty trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.

Assist Housekeepers as required. Help move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes. 

Pick up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis such as Irons, Ironing boards, Cribs and Roll-aways.  Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in our Employee Handbook.

Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
