Depletes dead stock wines to keep inventories stable
Communicates with the restaurant managers and Food and Beverage managers on a daily basis
Creates wine programs and PR events to attract additional wine sales
Performs server’s duties when scheduled
Responds properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff

Attends all scheduled training sessions
Certificate/Diploma preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management.
Has 1 -2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels/resorts or reputable stand-alone restaurants
Extensive knowledge of wines as well as menu items and their preparation
Possesses management skills and upward mobility.
Possesses business acumen, well developed guest PR skills and personal flair
Be computer literate and fully conversant with food & beverage computer systems.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and French language.
