Catering Administrative Assistant
About the job
The Catering Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Catering Managers and Director(s)while being familiar with all aspects of the catering planning process. Assist in the organizing of social events and act as a liaison with the resort’s Department and Division Heads in planning internal Four Seasons meetings. Also responsible for coordination of Private Dining Events. Provides back up support to the Conference Services Team, in particular in the absence of the Conference Services Administrative Assistant.
