We are looking for a Chef Concierge who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Assistant Director & Director of Rooms. Work authorization for this location is required.
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Knowledge and Skills
College Degree or equivalent experience.
Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the concierge.
Skills & Abilities:
Requires a working knowledge of the Concierges aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Hotel Services. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the concierge system. The Ability to read and speak English.

Maui Liquor Card
Clef d’Ors preferable
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
