The role of the Concierge
To respond and provide a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The Concierge will respond to all guests’ requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
We are seeking an individual who has current experience in a luxury hotel environment as a Concierge. The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service, the ability to interact and connect with guests, knowledge of Philadelphia.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Skill for building relationships
Solid communication, organization and leadership skills
Passion for service
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and team player skills
Highest level of integrity and work ethic
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Language skills a plus
