Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club is seeking an Executive Chef. Enrich your career with an iconic brand at one of the most popular destinations in the Miami Beaches.

The Executive Chef is responsible for the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Kitchen Department through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. In addition, responsible for control of labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the department, division and hotel. The Executive Chef will directly oversee the Banquet Sous Chef, Lido Sous Chefs, and Hotel Sous Chef.

Previous experience as an established as an established Chef De Cuisine, Executive Chef, or higher for a minimum of 3-5 years is required.
