About the role:

The Manager will work with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers. Servicing when required. Assures individual booking goals are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Represent hotel at tradeshows as specified by hotel and corporate. Participate in business review meetings, special events, sales meetings and other ad hoc meetings as required. Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies and creating group profiles.  Maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.   Promote and sell to East Coast USA, Conference Direct and some miscellaneous markets.  Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales and digital solicitation (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, video calls, etc.); direct in-person sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups. Work closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals.

Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee. Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. We are open to a Remote Sales Manager within our market for this position.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for individuals who have solid selling and interpersonal skills and who demonstrate the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals. The applicant will have a proven track record in pursuing, evaluating soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.  Applicants are required to have 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role and travel maybe required. Strong command of the English language. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit and create business development plans independently. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment to evaluate potential business opportunities and discretion in decision-making with minimal supervision.  This position is based in St. Louis however open to Remote based in market (East Coast USA).
