Join our team! Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for a People and Culture Coordinator. The People and Culture Coordinator is an integral part of the P&C Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, People and Culture is there for all employees. The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the P&C Office. The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality. This highly visible role also provides administrative support to the executive team. People and Culture Coordinator also help to manage employee housing from planning, purchasing, arrival, departure, maintenance etc. This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties. Key Functions
  • We are looking for individuals who possess a high proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and have working knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential.
  • Applicants must also have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be an organized people and have an attention to details attitude.
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Malay) preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel or residence environment.
  • Previous experience developing and managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of People and Culture operations.
  • Strong command of the English language
  • A working knowledge of People and Culture.
  • Strategic, analytical and employee friendly and warm personality.
