The People & Culture Manager has direct involvement to the day to day recruitment efforts for Four Seasons Lanai Resorts. This role will work closely with the Assistant Director of People and Culture to design and implement a robust recruitment strategy. The People and Culture manager will also assist in other Human Resources Functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees. We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills. Applicants are required to have three to five years previous employment in a Recruiter position or in a Human Resources related role. Human Resources or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience. Labor relations experience is strongly preferred.
Occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons for training purposes and other Hawaiian islands/Mainland for recruitment.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
