Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Rescom Agent who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.  As the voice of the resort the Rescom Agent ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly, including the phone, electronic communications and paging system.

Responsibilities

-The Rescom Agent is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.

-As the first and last impression of the resort, this high profile department carries a special responsibility.

-As the voice of the resort this role ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly, including answers phones, Four Seasons chat and hotsos inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.

-The Rescom Agent is responsible for providing general information about the resort and assisting callers as well as responding to emergencies connecting the appropriate individuals by phone or radio.
- The Rescom Agent handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

- Complete room reservations for any given time period knowing what types of accommodations, rates and special services are available.  In addition, the ability to properly code all said reservations as to the rate type, source, travel agent, Sabre, etc.
- Reason what a potential guest is looking for in room accommodations and participate in problem solving situations while keeping the Reservations Manager well informed.
- Utilize the guest recognition program to ensure maximum accuracy and recognition.
- Utilize the computer system in retrieving, updating and inputting room reservations.
- Process internal reservations, management reservations, reservations from the Central Reservations Office, employee complimentary requests, rooming lists, group blocks, travel agent discounts, telexes and faxes.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

-Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.

-Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required.

-The ideal candidate will also have a pleasant voice and a positive attitude.

- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities.   This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
