The Reservations and Communications Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation for the Reservations and Communications department. They will manage a large volume of calls throughout their shift along with contacting guests to provide pre-arrival assistance, as well as answer any questions or concerns during their stay.

The position will suggest and complete room reservations with the ability to provide information regarding hotel facilities, hours of operation, key personnel, special activities and functions in the hotel. They will work under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager and Reservations Manager and carry out duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent phone and computer skills with the ability to multitask are essential. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. This will include some evenings, weekends and holidays. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.
