The Role of Reservations Manager

The Reservations team is the core of communication for the hotel. In this position you will lead a team of 4-10 agents who will engage in a large volume of calls, emails and mobile chats each day. You will be responsible for maintaining reservations and call standards, and oversee the Pre-Arrival process to ensure the operations team is fully prepared for the guest experience. You will display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in working with guests and employees. You will select and oversee the training of reservations staff, coach, and schedule according to business volume. You will recommend succession/termination as necessary, and conduct performance appraisals.  You will work in tandem with the Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing teams to maximize occupancy and room revenue. You will review/analyze call volume (ACD) reports including abandonment rate, and take action as appropriate.

Miscellaneous

Work authorization in the United States required.

2 years relevant management or leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality company required.

Former and current Four Seasons employees preferred.
