Referred to as “the crown jewel of Harbor East” the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has 256 guest rooms including 45 suites. 

    The role of the Concierge

    Stationed at the lobby concierge desk, this person will greet all incoming and exiting residents and guests, collect and process all packages, answer all communications (verbal, email, text), maintain accurate records and act as a liaison between other team members and the residents. This team members ensures the lobby is maintained to standard, including the coffee station and concierge desk.

    The role of the Engineer

    Maintains the exterior space of the amenity floor including cleaning the dog park, power washing where needed, cleaning the grill, cleaning and moving the furniture, cleaning the exterior glass, filling the mulch/rock beds, maintaining the flower beds and planters. Maintains the interior space including vacuuming the pool, testing the pool chemicals, replacing light bulbs, painting, wall paper repair, stone buffing/polishing/honing. Maintains the garage vestibules so that they are clean and in working order.

    The role of the Public Area Attendant

    Keeps public areas and restrooms clean, neat and well supplied. Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash and recycling from areas. Responds to Resident requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Can answer Resident questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Concierge, Public Area Attendants, and Housekeeper. Public Area Attendants working within the Residences may assist with in-unit cleaning upon request.
