Rooms Coordinator
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for Saudi Nationals.
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for Rooms Coordinator to join our team.
Essential function of the job:
Handles administrative part of FO and Rooms operations, including and not limited to (handling FO emails and enquiries, following up on departure time for in house guests, updating guests' profiles with necessary information ID, method of payment, communication email or phone number
Following up on Medallia and Glitches and to make sure guests concerns are followed up by concerned managers
Reviewing the admin work for the daily FO operation
Updating guests' profiles with Medallia and glitches feedback as well as preferences
Following up on attendance and submission of schedules
Following up on trainings attendance
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in Reception or Reservations preferred
Knowledge of Operations front/back of house
Previous experience in High Volume Call Center or in administrative role is advantage
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Comprehensive computer and analytical skills
Superior guest service and salesmanship skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and power point
Work well under pressure, multitasking and team player
Detail oriented organizational skills and thinks strategically
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
