To greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa. To arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests. To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with spa services. Resolve guest complaints. Utilize the Spa software program, which includes the need of extensive product and treatment knowledge to be able to recommend and schedule treatments, collect payment for Spa services and retail purchases. Complete opening and closing procedures for the Spa, including but not limited to turning on/off the computers, setting the alarm, turning on/off lights and generally tidying the reception desk area. Assist guests with the sale of retail merchandise; assist in the inventory and stocking of retail item. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and managers. The ability to escort and introduce the guests to the spa. Retrieve and fold towels. Complete requisitions and stock office supplies for the desk. Maintain locker rooms and relaxation areas. Respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
