The Restaurant Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff.
General:
- Your department head and immediate superior is the Assistant Director of F&B.
- Your Assistant Restaurant / bar Manager will be in charge of Restaurant / bar /in room dining Operation in your absence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the Restaurant / bar /in room dinging Operation.
- Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel.
- Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standard.
- Assist the Director of FB in operation duties.
- Handle guest complaints and solve them.
- Maintain a good relationship with regular clients.
- Responsible for all operating equipment, audiovisual equipment or other tools that have been assigned to Restaurant / bar Operation.
