We are currently looking for suitable candidates to join us as Manager/Senior Manager, HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner, you play an instrumental role in establishing HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations in alignment with Frasers Hospitality’s policies and guidelines. Responsibility: Build effective relationship with senior stakeholders and managers as a trusted HR advisor, including display of strong professional credibility. Act as a HR Consultant to designated local properties and handles day-to-day HR operations and all other HR ad-hoc activities, including budget planning, manpower forecasting, performance management, communication, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition and annual salary review. Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure that it meets both business and employee needs and that is well aligned, understood and communicated to line managers. Manage the recruitment and selection of employees, including new hire onboarding. Develop effective talent management and retention initiatives. Review and recommend changes to the employee terms and benefits packages from time to time to remain competitive. Develop employee engagement strategies and drive activities to improve internal communication and employee bonding. Ensure efficient manpower planning for operational requirements. Work closely with line managers in employee disciplinary and grievance management. Prepare monthly management and statistical reports as required by corporate office. Implement and facilitate culture building efforts to promote the company as a value-based organization. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor. ‘* Senior Manager position will be required to lead, manage, coach and motivate a small team to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services.
