Guest Services Manager
About the job
We are looking for a Guest Services Manager who will lead a team that delivers the best and beyond every time, all the time. He/She will be responsible for leading Front office and Butlers teams, maintaining the Guest Services goals, ensuring exceptional customer service, conducting the training for Butlers, maintaining close relationship with Food & Beverage, Marina, Conservation and other hotel departments.
Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Resort Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department and ensure all service standards are followed
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
• Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meeting
• Manage the departmental budget
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

About you
Qualifications:
• Previous leadership experience in 5* in a similar role required
• Knowledge of Butler service and standards is must have
• Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
• Previous PMS experience required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Diploma in hospitality
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
