We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. We offer a highly competitive salary and excellent company benefits.
Working closely with Department Heads, you will provide consistent advice with regards to the full recruitment journey of the applicants and ensure that it is dealt with in a confidential manner. You will liaise with other HR team members to ensure the efficient processing of offers and the smooth on-boarding of our new hires. You will liaise with applicants and advise on the progress and status of their application, providing interview feedback when required and be part of the HR department who play a key role within the organisation.
The Recruitment Officer provides front-line operational support to the business. Working closely with the different teams in a consultancy and advisory role, assisting line managers and providing front-line support to the team which include the processing of applications and the co-ordination and set up of interviews, as well as approving job offers and arranging regret and feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
Day to day working on our online talent portal, ensuring that it is kept up to date and accurate and our candidate applications are screened and processed efficiently and compliant with current legislation, while liaising with the HR Administrator to ensure that accommodation is organised for new employees and that all the relevant information has been collated and the new starts have been on-boarded smoothly and efficiently.
