Overview:

Working within one of the largest teams at the resort, our Rooms Division team have opportunities for Room Attendants. Assisting the team in delivering and maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and room preparation throughout the resort, maintaining the required standards of cleanliness as set out by the department. Your responsibility will be the cleanliness and hygiene of all allocated rooms, corridor and service areas within your designated areas.

Accountabilities:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess a sense of pride in their work and are passionate about delivering the high standards associated with the Gleneagles brand. Managing the cleanliness and hygiene of allocated rooms and public areas, you will have excellent communication skills and it is essential you have an enthusiastic approach to exceeding customer expectations.

The perfect candidate:

Previous experience within a similar role in a quality hotel would be a distinct advantage, although full training can be offered. Essential skills are excellent communication both verbal and written together with excellent personal presentation. A good team worker with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding guest expectations.
