This position will report to Regional Vice President – Sales Operations, Asia Pacific. The position will act as one of the Sales Operations Leaders for the Japan and Micronesia region with area/hotel responsibilities to be assigned by the Regional Vice President – Sales Operations, Asia Pacific.
this role is required to ensure top line revenue budgets are achieved, hotels’ revenues ramp up quickly, hotels with declining Revenue Growth Index are supported, sales expenses are managed within budget and the overall sales experience meets / exceeds customer expectations.
He / She is will also lead and define a clear roadmap and strategy for pre-opening and takeover sales & marketing teams and work closely with Revenue Management, Hyatt Sales Force and Field Marketing teams to ensure objectives are met. This role will also monitor the execution of the strategy throughout the ramp-up period.
This position will be based out of Tokyo Hub Office at Yotsuya and require frequent international travel.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Marketing, or Director of Sales in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
