The Service Manager – Front Office is responsible for the overall Resort operation and the Front Office Department in providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Golden Sands Resort Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction. He / She handles the overall Resort daily and the Front Office.
University degree or diploma in hotel management
Familiar with Front Office Operations or minimum of 2 years as Duty Manager in an International Hotel
Excellent communication skills in English
Pleasant personality, strong leadership, interpersonal skills & motivational skills
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Opera System
Strong management and guest relations skills.
