A GOOD SENIOR FRONT OFFICE - NIGHTS
What your duties will be?
You are responsible for providing GOOD experience to guests:
·Follow-up with guests staying at the Hotel.
·Providing information to Guests about facilities, services and activities, inside or outside the Hotel.
·Assist F&B with night sales.
·Run night audits.
·Perform basic security checks.
·Assist Guests on their check in and out process.
·Answer phone calls and proceed as needed.
.As a senior, you are expected to coach, guide and support rest of the team while on duty.

Good Hotel London

The property is a floating platform, right on the water. The platform stayed in Amsterdam for a pop-up year, before it continued its journey to London, where it will stay for 5 years.

The design can be described as a pure industrial style – combining Dutch design classics with cherry-picked items from Hema (the Dutch equivalent of Muiji) and custom made piece by our designers.

The rooms come in two sizes. 144 are cosy at 13 sqm and 4 are roomy at 30 sqm. Amenities include en-suite bathrooms with shower, in-room safe, coffee/tea facilities, small writing desk and free WiFi. Standard rooms offer Twin and Double beds, Deluxe Rooms offers King size ones. Views over the water are available in the Standard rooms and come per default in the Deluxe and Corner rooms.

The concept has been awarded with a 2016 REBEL award for greatest innovation/disruption and introduces a new business-model into the hospitality industry. Re-investing all its profits in business, into education and stimulation of entrepreneurship. (Yes, all of it.)

The living room is where good food and drinks are served. Open all day every day. It’s a place where you kick your feet up, enjoy an espresso, or get some work done at one of our communal tables. As the best things in life are Free. WiFi. Everywhere.

The rooftop is an oasis of green and offers café classics on our terrace overlooking the city and river Thames.

The meeting rooms range from S to XL. All feature views over the ri natural daylight, beamers, flip boards, good daily delegate packages and personalised service. They’re 4 of them and the XL one boasts an in-room pantry and holds up to 50 in class-room style. Our living room can host events of 100+ guests.

The amenities are free WiFi (yes, everywhere), 24-hour front desk & security, multi-lingual staff, flexible check-in & out, concierge services and free iPads for guests’ use.
