Venez rejoindre l'équipe du chef Didier Clément, pionnier de la cuisine d'auteur en France, pour vous familiariser avec une cuisine précise et subtile, aux bases classiques modernisées par quelques twists (épices, produits oubliés, etc) qui fait un réel travail sur l'harmonie des saveurs et suit avec rigueur le terroir de la Loire, les petits producteurs locaux et le fil des saisons.
