You will be responsible for the efficient and safe running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To function as the Hygiene Officer for the Culinary Department, and to ensure that all the kitchens operate safely and successfully, in accordance with the standard of the food safe system of hotel and local government.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Food Hygiene or related speciality.
Minimum 1 year work experience in food industry or food testing institution in large operation with advanced technology.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Can manage work pressure and good command of English in speaking, writing and listening.
