Description

The Lead Line Cook- Pastry Kitchen focuses preparation of pastry products and is responsible for working as part of a creative team and preparing a consistently high quality of pastry products, baked goods and desserts.

 

Candidates must have open availability for AM and PM shifts, on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

$14.60 per hour.

Qualifications
  • Requires good communication skills.
  • 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
  • Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
  • Requires moderate supervision and training.
