This position is based at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong but will involve responsibility for the three Hyatt hotels in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations in the hotel.

You will be responsible for driving beverage revenue, developing a wine culture throughout the hotels, selecting wines and spirits for our restaurants and bars and co-ordinating wine dinners and other promotional events.
- Ideally with a WSET Level 4 diploma or any relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Sommelier or in Retail or Wholesale wine sales.
- Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
