About the job

 You will be responsible for the implementation of marketing campaigns to address prioritized need periods from strategy to execution and actions to influence our external, internal guests and community generally in Korean and English languages.

• The execution of advertising, website update and maintenance, collateral development/marketing support materials and direct mail should be controlled and supervised in collaboration of the hotel’s Director Sales and Marketing and Marketing Communication Manager.

• The F&B Marketing Manager will take every initiative in order to improve the F&B division’s revenue objectives and target a specific goal.

• Responsible to develop strategies to find new customers in various market segments.

• Responsible for developing promotional /marketing plans with a source of ideas that can be marketed and advertised in order to generate F&B incremental covers and revenues.



• Minimum 2 years work experience in the area of marketing or digital marketing preferably in a hospitality industry.

• Being up-to-dated with the latest market trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• A good understanding of food and beverage operations preferred.

• Being up-to-dated with the latest market trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as customer service orientation.

• Excellent problem solving, administrative and computer skills.

• Effective communication skills both in Korean and English.
