You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International''s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Associate Director of Sales / Director of Sales is responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality or Events Management
- Minimum of 5 years of previous events/sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiar with China market and experience in international branded hotels is preferred
- Excellent Customer Relations and Communications Skills; fully understand how to drive, determine and achieve business goals.
- Strong leadership skills and results-driven; inspires, motivates and supports others to be their best
- A proven record of results-oriented leadership and team development
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking skills
