You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International''s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sales and Events Manager / Executive is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality or Events Management
- Minimum of 2 years of previous events/sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiar with China market and experience in international branded hotels is preferred
- Excellent Customer Relations and Communications Skills; fully understand how to drive, determine and achieve business goals.
- Strong leadership skills and results-driven; inspires, motivates and supports others to be their best
- A proven record of results-oriented leadership and team development
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking skills
