Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Tourism management.
Minimum 3 years work experience in Rooms operation.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin communications
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is not essential; preferably proficiency in English plus one other language
