We encourage candidates with the following qualifications:
Education: Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality management.
Professional Experience in Hospitality: Progressive career in hotel or large restaurant with high quality standards, preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Comprehensive knowledge in different cuisines, kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents. Able to inspire and develop team members to their BEST everyday.
