As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will help run the department in line with Hyatt Corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will also be responsible to support on executing and achieving the marketing SMART action plan. The coordinator is responsible to manage the graphic design of the marketing related tasks, hotel promotions and printing materials of the hotel, in line with Hyatt standards.
Specialized qualification in Graphic designing and related tasks is a must. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, video editing software, etc. Fluency in spoken and written English required.

  • Overseeing VIP requests
  • Creating collateral and marketing material
  • Arranging giveaways & collateral for sales trips and tradeshows
  • Report creation for weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
  • Assistance with site inspections, FAMs, etc
  • Other miscellaneous transient projects specifically in regards to special offers and promotions
