Culinary Intern/Trainee -

Trains in all areas of Culinary, Orientation, Garde Manger Procedures and Techniques , Hot Kitchen Training , Culinary Supervisory Phase

- Learn to ensure high quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation as per resort minimum standards
- Welcome guests and colleagues in a polite and friendly manner
- Train with Chefs across multiple kitchens to perform tasks as needed
- Learn various Culinary tasks within each kitchen
- Ensure compliance of all Hyatt standards
- Learn to strive to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- During training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies
- Perform all other reasonable duties as needed

$15/hour
Department: F&B kitchen

About you

-Culinary degree
-Passionate about food
-A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
-Have great communication skills
-Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
-Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
-Requires moderate supervision and training.

Language required: English.
