Job description

Description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Event Concierge Coordinator is responsible to ensure the efficient and effective management of Events Organizers from their arrival to their departure from the hotel.


Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Banquet or Event Management.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
