We are looking for someone who is able to work in a team, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is willing to engage with guests. One year experience in a similar hotel/restaurant is desirable.

Night Auditor Job Summary
As our new Night auditor, you will be required to:
A positive personal image is presented to the customer at all times whilst wearing the correct uniform and the adhering to the grooming standards.

The needs of the customer are kept in balance with those of the organisation

Feelings expressed by the customer are responded to appropriately and professionally, communicated and recorded as per hotel procedure.

Methods of communication are adapted to meet the needs of the customer

All visitors are received and offered assistance in the appropriate manner.

To deal with daily VIP arrivals, in-house and departure lists and to make sure all special services or requirements are offered in accordance with the VIP’s previous guest history and any special requests from the guest or their company.

Service is maintained when systems go wrong, complete “offline” procedures are used.
To be familiar with all Hotel Facilities and times of operation.

Telephone calls are answered promptly and within 3 rings and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
The needs of the caller are correctly identified and dealt with accordingly with the correct information being supplied.

Liaison occurs with all relevant departments when a room move is required.

All booking enquiries are handled in a professional manner and are used as a sales opportunity; to be aware of the Hotel availability and to input and amend reservations as required.

Customers are provided with confirmation of booking, and any unconfirmed bookings are dealt with according to Hotel and Departmental standards.


• All equipment is operated in line with the trained instruction, being familiar
with the operations of OPERA, MARSHA and espresso system; ensuring
quick and accurate amendment of guest information, check in and check
• Blind drop to be done as per hotel policy and a good stock of cash for the
float to be maintained
• Ensure complete preparation of the Front Desk for the arrivals of the day as
per checklist
• A safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors is
• Equipment is maintained in a clean working condition and faulty are to be
reported as per hotel procedure
• Personal organisation and that of the work area is maintained to assist
• Products and services are explained to the customer at all appropriate
• All C. in/out are carried out in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring
the correct room allocation and Marriott Brand Standards and procedures
are executed
• Prompt responses is given to the service needs of customers and solutions
• Service reliability is improved through obtaining customer feedback and
working with colleagues.
