BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:

As part of the Food & Beverage Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.

• You will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
• Can pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area.
• You will help with the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas.
• Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas.
• Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries.
• Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables)
• Experience of working with Micros and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems.
• Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
• High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Flexibility with shift times/availability.
