About the job

We are recruiting for Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen team for 2019 at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey, Channel Islands and support our team in assisting with the preparation of fresh and inspiring dishes for our guests each day.

This is a full-time, seasonal position to work 42.5 hours over 5 days per week.
As Chef de Partie you will ensure our guests feel indulged and captivated by their experience at the Hotel through your attention to detail and excellent culinary skills.
Competencies of a Chef de Partie: You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge. Be enthusiastic and dedicated Have the ability to establish rapport whilst delivering high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential. Skills and qualification requirements of a Chef de Partie: Have experience working in a busy restaurant environment is essential.
Applicants must be flexible as shift patterns will vary and will include evenings and weekends.

  • £8.43 per hour
  • discounted staff accommodation at the rent charge: £34 - £43 per week with staff meals
