In our new office in the heart of Paris, we welcome two trainees as a «Leisure Travel Consultant - Project Manager» in order to assist the owner in the development of the activity.
Your main mission will consist in the logistic/planning for 50% and the development of the business for 50%.
More precisely, you will be responsible, on the logistic side:
• Client relationship,
• Booking to the Museum,
• Guides planning,
• Data to be given to our accounting service,
You will contribute to the development of the activity:
• Writing new tours descriptions,
• Writing Blog articles,
• Social media account to deal with (FB/Instagram),
• Relationship with PR (Press relation), photographs,
• Partners & BTB relationship to be developed...
We are looking for YOU to assist the manager in the growth of the business.
There are some real perspective. The business growth is extending every weeks. To be continued with a permanent employment.

Requirements
• The candidate MUST BE really FLUENT in written and spoken ENGLISH. No need to speak French.
• She/he will be handling the booking processes being in contact with both suppliers and clients / luxury travel agencies and advisors. Will also be dealing with ground operations as well as hotels, event bookings and tickets and will be at the full disposal with total commitment and a real motivation.
• She/he passionates about Travel and Luxury and tailor-made experiences and must maintain a professional attitude while working with luxury travel trade in a timely, and efficient manner providing the highest level of customer service.
• She/He is creative and passionated about history and she/he like writing.
• Knowledge of Paris is not a requirement but an asset.
