HiGuests manages form A to Z the whole experience of the Host and the Guest. From designing and furnishing to publishing the listings in different portals like Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia to welcome the guests in each city to make sure they enjoy an unforgettable stay in our apartments.
HiGuests has been awarded top 20 tourism in the world by the UNWTO, top 5 rising start-up in Barcelona by ACCIO and we secured investment from reputable and knowledgeable experts in tourism, real estate and travel.

We are looking for a motivated Office manager to work along side the director of HiGuests and take part in the company growth by organizing the day to day administrative work.

Main responsibilities:

• Seeking and identifying Start-up events and competition to part take in
• Organizing registration to Start-up events and competitions
• Preparing and publishing posts in the company's social networks
• Preparing press releases for HiGuests Barcelona, India & Dubai
• Scheduling meetings with investors, press, clients, partners, job applicants, etc.
• Manage and post job offers in job sites
• Organize and screen job applicant
• Coordinating interviews with job candidates
• Organizing and filing documents
• Coordinate corporate trips (flights, accommodations, transportation, etc.)
• Cost controlling for corporate trips
• Managing office supplies, utilities & amenities
• Restock office supplies

About you

Education
Degree or Diploma in t in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management

Experience
Maximum 3 years experience in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management

Skill
Fluent in Catalan & Spanish
Excellent English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Organized and detail oriented
Proactive and dynamic
Capable of working in a team and independently
Strong business writing skills
  • Languages required: English, Spanish, and Catalan. Arabic and Hindi are a plus
