You will be part of a cohort of approximately 20 Interns who are spread across various departments, and will be involved in our unique intern programme. This includes monthly meetings and assignments which are designed to support your development.

A bit about the job(s)
As an intern, you will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in our continued success. You will carry out a range of administrative/support activities, as well as having ownership of your own project based initiatives.

Learning & Talent Development
This is a great opportunity to experience both the operational (hotels) and corporate sides of the business. You will support with the administration of several internal development programmes and tracking systems, which includes answering queries and creating online evaluations. You will support the team with event bookings and organisation, and some of the projects you will get the opportunity to take part in are related to Apprenticeships, Social Media and Graduate on boarding.

Learning Delivery
As the name would suggest, the Learning Delivery team are responsible for delivering all brand related training to our corporate functions and all newly opening hotels across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. The training will be a mixture of in-person and virtual, and as an Intern you will gain exposure to a diverse mix of brands and stakeholders. This is a small team who cover a large region, therefore would ideally suit someone who is comfortable working fairly independently. Some of your responsibilities will include managing participant and course evaluation experience for training courses, scheduling and managing Webinar courses, and you will also learn how to produce virtual instructor led courses.

What next?

Please bear with us whilst we process your application as we receive a lot of interest and we want to ensure that each applicant is given the consideration he/she deserves.

You’ll be contacted via email by our Graduate Recruitment Team who will inform you of the outcome and (if applicable) next steps. If your application is taken forward, you will be asked to complete a series of online assessments and a video interview.

Whilst we are not always able to guarantee an offer of employment at the end of your studies, we like to keep in touch with our intern community and many have successfully re-joined Hilton upon completion of their degree.
