En Hilton Barcelona estamos buscando un Payroll & PRL Coordinator para nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos.

Inicialmente se ofrece contrato temporal con posibilidad de continuidad y contrato indefinido (Posición fija)

Las tareas básicas serán las siguientes:

1) Contratación y gestión de nómina: altas y bajas, variables salariales, controles de asistencia, productividad. (Nómina externalizada: gestión de los trámites con una empresa externa)

2) Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL): Plan de prevención, vigilancia de la salud, comité de seguridad y salud.

3) Apoyo en tareas legales y jurídicas relacionadas con el personal del hotel, juicios, cumplimiento de legislación laboral por parte del hotel, inspecciones de trabajo, apoyo legal en otros aspectos en materia administrativa y mercantil.

4) Apoyo al departamento de RRHH en otras tareas administrativas.

Condiciones salariales variables en función de formación y experiencia aportada por el candidato/a

Requirements

-Titulación requerida: graduado social o similares
-Valorable técnico/ formación en PRL
-Experiencia mínima requerida en puesto similar: 5 años
-Valorable experiencia en hoteles
-Nivel medio de inglés y alto de español
-Disponibilidad inmediata
