The F&B sales manager needs to comply with Hilton Worldwide & Hilton Beijing Capital Airport policies and procedures; To increase F and B outlet revenue and optimize F and B database loyalty program.
Establishes and maintains files on major active guest accounts within his/her market areas.
To meet and welcome some top key accounts and VIP guests and sevice VIP guest;Performs related duties and special projects as assigned;Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain a good working relationship with corporate accounts as well as the different consulate offices in order to increase the outlet revenue.
Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market area.
Identifying, communicating and actioning potential sales leads.
Complete the Weekly and Monthly sales reports.
Business forecast on his/her territory.
Good communication skills, result driven, can work under high pressure and is enthusiastic and a Team Player who can communicate on different levels.

Manages and develops effective relationships with current clients as well as acquisition of new accounts.
