This 4-Star Hilton in Charlotte, NC is looking for an exceptional Rooms Division candidate to train as an Assistant Manager in both Housekeeping and Front Office! Learn about Operations and Management in your rotations!

Benefits:

The hotel provides free lunch or dinner with each shift. There is also a cafeteria/breakroom for employees.

The candidate will accrue sick and vacation time. Vacation – the candidate will accrue up to 80 hours each year (cap at 160 hours). Sick time will be accrued 1 hour for every 30 hours worked up to 40 hours.

Salary:

$25/hour for 45hrs per week

About you

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:

- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)

- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years

- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Language required: English.
