Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager (Midwest) for the Hilton Cleveland will serves as the hotel representative to prospective clients and customers who need to rent rooms, meeting space, food and beverage service, etc. Responds to sales inquiries, initiates new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients, entertains clients, conducts site visits and answers questions, determines rates, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, services accounts and analyzes lost business for the hotel/s. Develops sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals. Works with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers.

We would like to introduce you to Hilton''s newest gem in the upper Midwest. The Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel is currently under construction and is a project that will redefine the way that people view Cleveland, OH.

The architecture design elements are so powerful that the impact on the Cleveland skyline will be transformational. When completed, The Hilton Cleveland Downtown will feature 600 well-appointed guestrooms (including 37 suites), and over 55K square feet of meeting space.
