What will you work on at Hilton Geneva?

We are looking to our new Front Office Agent, Front Office Supervisor & Night Auditor to complete our Front Office Team.

As a Front Office Agent, you contribute to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
- Ensure that both the FO Manager and FO Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
- Follow company brand standards
- Assist other departments, as necessary

As Reporting to our Front Office Manager, the Front Office Supervisor maintains the highest standards of quality and service to our guests. S/he constantly ensures that guests are welcomed with smiles and extra care and that their needs are met in a timely fashion manner. S/he coaches FO agents in delivering their best and promotes a dynamic and enthusiastic FO environment.

FO Operations :
- Assists the FO management in daily operations, and is responsible for the front desk in management’s absence
- Maintains high Hilton quality standards and ensures accurate monitoring of customer satisfaction and the development of our Hilton Honors loyalty program.
- Is responsible for the smooth running of the tasks carried out by the various shifts.
- Coordinates the activities of the Front Office
- Provides support to the Front Office (check in and check out)
- In collaboration with Human Resources, assists the FO management in executing team members’ integration and training programs
- Assumes the role of Duty Manager and follows up on the Night Manager’s reports in collaboration with management

FO Administration:
- Ensures with management that the established "Policies and Procedures" are up to date and respected at all times
- Ensures the proper use of the computer system by the FO team
- Manages Airlines with management
- Contributes to improving the work quality of the team members while best meeting the needs of our guests
- Participates in the implementation of new procedures in order to improve the satisfaction of our customers

As a Night Auditor you will reporting to our Night Manager. The Night Auditor maintains the highest standards of quality and service to our guests. S/he constantly ensures that guests are welcomed with smiles and extra care and that their needs are met in a timely fashion manner. S/he promotes a dynamic and enthusiastic FO environment. A Night Auditor also maintains the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies.

- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
- Ensure that the night manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure the maintenance of professional financial standards throughout the hotel
- Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports
- Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion
- Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings
- Is accountable for the security of the hotel during the shift
- Assist the Night Manager in emergencies’ situations
