"I would recommend the Apprenticeship route to everyone. You get a lot more insight into the way the hotel works and you get help along the way. It''s much harder to do on your own and I should know, I''ve tried." - Mihaela Talbot
"Previously I worked for a private Pub chain working my way up from being a Kitchen Porter but was really interested in a career in hospitality. I found out about the Apprenticeship and I''m so pleased I did it. It''s given me so much more confidence in my abilities. After my Apprenticeship I hope to further my career within Hilton" - Michael Donovan
